Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. However, once you receive your order, you may return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that during holidays and sales seasons, processing times may take longer. We handle orders between Monday and Friday. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days, and shipping occurs the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2-4 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in EURO. However, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply upon your order's arrival, as determined by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us. Delays caused by customs are also outside of our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If your order contains incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the items, and all related references. We will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. For questions about when the refund will appear in your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you haven't received your refund yet, please reach out to your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
